I. Season and Hours

All cabins are open Spring, Summer and Fall.

Check-In is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Cabin Office closes at 10:00 pm. Check-Out is 11:00 am. Weekly rentals are from 2:00 pm Saturday to 11:00 am Saturday.

Cabins are usually rented only for full weeks from early June to late August. Call for "by-the-day" availability close to date.

All bedding and towels are furnished for all cabins. All cabins are of rustic construction and come with T.V., gas heat, picnic table, grill, and shower. All cabins except number 14 are on the AuSable river.

Kitchen cabins come with complete dining and kitchen equipment. Non-Kitchen cabins have coffeepot, toaster, and dishes.

III. Reservations

A deposit of one day's rental, by check or credit card charge, is required for reservations of less than one week. Full week reservations require a deposit of two day's rental. One to three weeks cancellation notice is required, depending on season. Telephone reservations are held for five days, waiting for your deposit.

Rental balance is due in full at registration. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

IV. Rates

Children are defined as 15 years old or younger.

All rates subject to 8% tax.

IV. Guidelines

We wish to maintain a quiet, family atmosphere at Penrod's and request your cooperation with our rules.

Radios or television are not to be played loudly at any time. Late or noisy parties are not permitted. All noise is to be contained within the cabin after 10:00 pm. Guests are strictly limited and must leave by 10:00 pm. Pets are not allowed in cabins, in cars, or on the grounds.

We hope these requirements coincide with your wishes. If not, we respectfully request that you seek accommodations elsewhere.
